What will your ad look like: This page shows samples of the 3 listing types we offer.

To list a rental property, you must be a registered user. It costs nothing to register and then you can have an ad up within minutes.

Step 1: Creating the ad:
After you are registered and logged in, you can go to the 'Add A Listing' page.

• Your user information will automatically be entered in the new ad.
• Add the information about the property that you want to advertise.
• Click the 'Save' button.

Now your advertisement has a 'Pending' status and can be activated when you are ready.

Step 2: Activating the ad:
Click the 'Pending Listings' link on the top menu (in the Agents/Owners private area).

For each pending ad that you want to activate:
• Check the 'Select for Activation' checkbox.
• Set the 'Start Date' if it is not correct.
• Click the 'Activate Selected Items' button.

If you are adding 'Basic' (free) listings, they will be activated instantly.
If you are adding an advertisement that requires payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway to make a payment using your credit card or your PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to use this payment system. After you complete the payment, your ad will automatically be activated as soon as PayPal processes the payment (a few minutes up to a couple of hours).

That's it! Your advertisement will begin to run after the activation step has been completed.

Our payments are processed by PayPal:
We use PayPal instead of processing our own payments, for several reasons:

• Security:
  PayPal is one of the largest payment gateways on the internet and has an excellent reputation for their ease of use, and for their efforts to protect their customers and vendors.
  We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers which reduces your exposure to the threat of malicious individuals trying to obtain your private information.
• Trust:
  Since PayPal is so widely used, it has become very well trusted by individuals and businesses that make payments and purchases over the internet. PayPal's entire business model relies on their reputation as a trustworthy payment gateway, and as such, we feel certain that they will make every effort to make sure that their reputation remains strong by protecting their customers.
• Ease of Use:
  PayPal accounts are NOT required! You can pay with your credit card without the need to create a PayPal account. If you already have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.
